MARELEC Food Technologies has built over 400 portioning machines since 2009.The PORTIO machines are rugged design, are high precision with minimal give-away, are simple to program with flexible software at a high cutting speed up to 17 cuts per second.The machines are easy to clean with all drives and controls protected in watertight cabinets within the machine.Since not all processors need every option, MARELEC offers base models of straight cut single camera (PORTIO 1) for salmon fillets, with options for three cameras (PORTIO 3) for loins and many other options for angle cut, product hold downs, retractable exit conveyor for end trims and software to connect to the processors in house network. The PORTIO “D” provides two conveyor belts, each with separate programming controls for larger capacity portioning.
